Terms and conditions of purchase from Moon Fashion
Dear customer, to organise the sale process, please read the following before completing your purchase. Completing a purchase or using the website or its apps is considered acceptance of these terms:
First: Product display
Displaying and marketing products on the website and app is in no way a recommendation that any product suits the customer’s wishes and needs. The customer is responsible for making sure a product suits their needs by reading and understanding the information on each product page and the information pages, and by asking any questions, before completing the purchase.
Second: Reserving products
If payment is by “cash on delivery”, the goods are reserved immediately.
Third: Shipping and delivery
1- The customer must enter the recipient’s name and delivery address correctly. An error in the address or contact numbers may delay the shipment, prevent its delivery, or lead to additional fees from the shipping company or courier. The delivery company may also ask to see identification matching the recipient’s name before handing over the order.
2- The expected delivery time is an estimate. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but it may be delayed for reasons beyond the store’s control.
3- An order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer, such as not being at the delivery location, not answering the courier’s call, or asking to change the delivery address. In such cases neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.
4- The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without consulting the customer.
5- The customer must inspect the order and the product before accepting the shipment and before the courier leaves. If the shipment arrives damaged inside, the customer must tell the shipping company before accepting the order, and then inform the store straight away.
Fourth: Returns and exchanges
1- All goods sold (except personal items, clothing that touches the skin and body, and digital products) can be returned within three (3) days of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect or the product doesn’t match its pictures, and the amount will be refunded to the customer. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
2- The refund is paid to the customer by bank transfer, exchange office or e-wallet within 7 working days after the store receives the returned product.
Fifth: Order fees (cancellation / changes / non-receipt / returns)
The store may cancel an order at any time and refund the customer if the product is out of stock, if there are shipping difficulties such as delays or higher costs for the customer or the company, or for any other reason. The customer will then be told the reason for the cancellation and refunded in full, with no deduction from the amount transferred.
Sixth: Offers and discounts
All offers end on their stated end date or when stock runs out.
Seventh: Language and governing law
These terms and conditions were written in Arabic. Customers who speak English or any other language translate them at their own responsibility, without any responsibility on the part of Moon Fashion. If the Arabic text conflicts with the English or any other translation, the Arabic text prevails as the reference for these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Iraq.
Eighth: Scope
These terms and conditions apply whether you use the website, its apps, or any other Moon Fashion channel.
Ninth: Changes to these terms
Moon Fashion may change these terms and conditions at any time without notifying customers. Customers should review the terms and conditions and any updates before buying, as changes are binding on everyone.
